This dish is loved by people across all age groups, be it my grand ma, my mom, me, or my nephew! Spring rolls are just so yummm... Today I was driving back from office while it was drizzling. Rain and Long drive are great accompaniments, Trust me! And where these two get the partnership of a roadside dhaba's fried items (Street food) they get even better & or should I say just the BEST!
And this time I took Kheema Spring roll from the Dhaba (Motel). Later I was wondering why not prepare for every one & enjoy in the evening & so I am here with Kheema Spring rolls.
|Ingredients for filling of Kheema Spring Rolls|
|Minced Meat (Beef or Mutton/lamb)||250 gram|
|Onion, finely chopped||1cup|
|Green chillies, chopped||4|
|Ginger paste||1 tsp.|
|Garlic paste||1 tsp.|
|Black pepper||½ tsp|
|Coriander leaves, finely chopped||1 Small Bowl|
|Lemon juice||2 tsp.|
|Tandoori masala||1 tsp.|
|Garam Masala||1 Pinch|
|Red chili flakes or powder||1 tsp|

Method of Making Kheema Spring Rolls / Recipe:
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kheema rolls till golden brown. Take a plate and place tissue papers on it. remove the fried kheema rolls on this plate.
This helps remove excess oil from the kheema rolls. Finally take a sharp knive and cut the rolls into 2 inch spring rolls.
Serve hot with Green Chutney and win accolades.
